We will have a complete resource section that has links to various agencies and websites that you need to use to succeed in investing.We have courses that we offer FREE of charge ! This is to inform you the correct way to get into RE, without getting burned, especially in these days of a fluctuating real estate market.

Yes we have recommendations but ones we have used and know will be helplful. We also discuss other topics in the investing arena , as we embrace the multiple streams on income theory. As they say don’t put all your eggs in one basket. We will tell you of our and others successes and some failures and why it happened.  Not the typical late nite TV infomercials, we have experienced real time investing , how it was done and the results.

We are going to have a panel of professionals in various fields that will give us thier insight and knowledge.Some of our people are  realtors, contractors, mortgage brokers and others. The founders of this site are not any of those and have been investing real estate for over 5 years and understands the importance of working with that TEAM….
